Julius Agwu paid my law school fees, late Abagana's wife says


In a recent interview with Encomium mag, Angela Chukwu, the widow of late comedian Chibuzor Ajaoku popularly known as Abagana, who died in 2008, revealed that of all her late husband's colleagues who made a promise to be there for her and her daughter, only comedian Julius Agwu and Dauda have been helpful and said Julius even recently paid her law school fees.
"Julius Agwu has truly shown that he is Abagana's father and mentor. In fact he paid for my law school. When he said it, I did not believe it until my alert convinced me. Dauda has also been there".
Abagana who is Julius Agwu's protege in the comic profession, died suddenly on January 24th 2008 leaving behind a wife and one year old daughter..
