Gunmen rammed a vehicle into his convoy, firing shots at it. Also, two of Gen. Buhari's bodyguards were slightly wounded in the attack, he however escaped unhurt.
Nobody/group is yet to claim responsibility for the attack on the ex Nigerian leader, but top security sources however revealed that it was likely the handiwork of the extremist Islamist group, Boko Haram. More pictures after the cut..
